This weekend was full of cousins for Zachary.
Friday we decided to go up a day early to Tim's parents house, Tim had an old fishing friend pass away and so he wanted to go to the viewing. We had planned to go up on Saturday to see our niece Ashley and her family so going Friday gave us an extra day to play with the babies. Ashley has a boy that is a few hours older then Zachary and then a little girl who will be 3 in December, We haven't seen them in a little over a year and boy have the kids changed. Zach was so funny he said I like playing with my friends and I go those are your cousins not your friends and Ashley is your cousin too! He just thought that was so neat. My in-laws had bought a pool so the kids got to play in it and Zach was much better about going under the water. They all had a blast. Saturday morning Tim put up the waterslide for them. Landyn and Zach had so much fun and was even going down together. Poor Kaylee woke up late and then wasn't fully awake when they brought her out so at first she didn't know what to think of all of it but once she woke up she LOVED it. The kids just had a blast playing with each other and it was nice to see them.

Saturday night we went to The Richmond's house (Sherry and Alan) and Zach got so see some more cousins. Really they are friends of ours but the kids have all been close and Tim thinks of Alan like a brother so they are like Zachary cousins. It was really nice getting to see them, Zach and I haven't seen them since Christmas. Hannah got a great new haircut it makes her look so much older (and makes me feel older! I was just 22 when I met her and she was just 6 months old! Now in a few weeks she will be turning 11!) Then there is Kara who is just so sweet and cute she is 7 now, she unfortunately was not feeling well she had swimmer's ear. We ended up getting some pizza and us adults watch the Nascar race and the kids played. Really nice to get to see them! (Didn't take any pictures)
Sunday was Kaylee's (Sandra's little one) Baptism. It was a long cermony but Kaylee did really well especially when they dunked her in the water (which this was my first time to see them do that in the Catholic church). Afterwards we went to Sandra and Lee's house and ate cake, snacked and Zach and the kids played (more cousins!) It was nice to see all the kids and my cousins. I didn't take my camera with me I didn't know if I could take pictures with the flash in church, once I got there I regretted not taking it because there were some people there with camera's like mine taking pictures.
This baptism was a little hard for me, this was the first one without Mam-maw but I felt like she was right there with us with a smile on her face. I have been thinking a lot about her lately and miss her SO MUCH! I miss getting to talk to her on the way home from work and I know Zachary's birthday will be really hard to deal with since we usually got her for the weekend and she would sit and watch me get things ready. I think Zachary is missing her also yesterday when we were in the truck at Wal-mart Zach said, Is Mam-maw still with Jesus? and I said yes she is still with Jesus, then he goes Mam-maw feel better now.. she not sick anymore? and I said yes Mam-maw is feeling better now that she is with Jesus now. It was so sweet and yet so sad.
Sorry I had to end on a sad note but it was something that I had to share.
