Last weekend a friend of Debbie and mine's mom had a surprise birthday party and they had on the invite to bring a cake for a cake walk! So I decided to get my
Pampered Chef Bundt Cake Stone out and made a cake. I just did the Spring mix that had sprinkles then I bought the icing to go with it that had the sprinkles also. So I made the cake as directed and then when it was cooled I put the icing in the microwave for 30 secs and then drizzled on the cake. Before it dried I sprikled the sprinkles on the cake.. I think it turned out great.
After I made this Zach wanted to know where his cake was so I decided to make him some cupcakes. with my
Pampered Chef 12 cup muffin stone out and made him some cupcakes with sprinkles but for the icing I tried something new and I loved it!
Easy Frost and let me just say it was EASY! (yes it was valentine frosting that we had originally bought to make sugar cookies with icing for Tim's birthday.. but we were sick then so it didn't happen). I swirled it around the cupcakes and it was like I had gotten a pipping bag. They were beautiful! But I couldn't stop with the icing only.. Zach wouldn't have that we had to add sprinkles!
