Happy Thanksgiving

Undefeated Season!

This past weekend Sam played Texas State and WON!  They have an undefeated season!  The polls list us a #1!  So we are going in the playoffs with a Bye this weekend.  Congrats Bearkats!!

Sam Houston Vs Northwestern...

Last week Sam Houston played their last regular season home game against Northwestern.

Halftime!  I didn't take a lot of pictures this week.. I really wanted to watch the show and it was GOOD!

1st Week of Deer Season - Gun allowed..

So the first weekend of November is always the first week of deer season and sometimes it fall on my birthday or our anniversary...Can you believe I'm 35? I don't feel any older and I really wasn't upset about it. Then we also celebrated our 12th anniversary, another thing I can believe. So we left that Friday for the lease got there late that night. Tim's parents were there and soon after we arrived his brother came too. Saturday morning his brother got the first deer and of course Zach had to get in on the picture.. I told him how did he know that his Uncle Thomas wanted him in the picture.. he didn't care he was getting in..

Zach and I later took a walk to "find some deer" I got a couple of cute pictures of him while we were walking.

I did get a few shots of the surroundings too..

This is the road we drive up and down.. isn't it beautiful..

Later that day I got in the stand but I didn't see anything until right before the sun went down but I ended up seeing two really nice bucks.

I've been trying to get a few pictures of Tim's mom for Tim, Brenden and Zach... I got this cute one of her and Zach together..

I know I need to blog...

So I know I am a little behind.. hopefully tomorrow night I can get up to date.. I have stuff from last weekend and then this past weekend that I need to put on here.. until then I will leave you with a picture I took last weekend at the deer lease of Zach..

66 - 0.... was that really the score?

Yes it was for the Sam Houston vs. Lamar game.. the bearkats are still undefeated!  Never did I ever think that we would ever have that record but we do! 

I don't know if I have ever said but an hour before the game the band comes marching down from the library down to the stadium.  We always hang out by the stadium to watch them come over and then I usually can get a pretty good picture of brother..

They will then go and play on the hill while the cheersquads dance..

I had to get a picture of Zach in his Sam gear too..

Then it was time to go in the stadium!

Now the band marches around the track to their place in the stands they put their stuff down and then it is time for them to get up and do the pregame festivites.

time to play.. boy their are some Lamar boys that were probably hurting after this game!

When the drill team came to dance to Thriller we never thought the band would join them in the famous dance.. Can you find Brenden hiding?

Sammy decided to dress up for Halloween.. I did miss one of his outfits a ghost.. he was so cute.. Zach enjoyed getting to finally meet him!
